About Me
Who am I and What am I doing?
First and foremost I am a journalist. Two of my biggest passions in life are writing and telling stories. Journalism is a place where I can do both. You may notice my blogs have some direct quotes along with outside research sprinkled in there. These are for both credibility sake as well as to tell a better story overall.​

My mission is to visit each one of the 50 states in the USA and write about each in a way that embodies what I experience them one to be. This will come nowhere close to showing what any state as a whole truly is, but my hope is highlight what made these places unique to me.
What's that??
This is Job (pronounced JUH-OH-B). He is a 2001 Toyota Corolla named after the biblical character known for enduring extreme loss and suffering and yet still remaining faithful. That about sums up my car. The current mileage count is about 126K and this will be the vehicle transporting me across the US.
There will be duct tape and zipties involved. There will be stops to ensure all the oil hasn't leaked out. But if there's one thing I'm sure of it's that Job will get me to where I need to go.
